These apartments in this 3-floor residence have a prime location just 50 metres from the beach, and 300 metres from the shops and the centre of the resort.

Guests can choose the "Comfort +" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes:
Beds made up for arrival.
Two sets of bathroom linen per person left in the apartment.
End of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up).
Cleaning kit.
Television.
Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with:
Folding baby cot with 1 sheet.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.
The reception is open from 08:00 until 12:00 and 14:00 until 20:00 on Saturdays, from 09:00 until 12:00 on Sundays, from 09:00 until 12:00 and 16:00 until 19:00 Monday to Thursday and from 09:00 until 12:00 and 16:00 until 20:00 on Fridays. The reception is closed on Sunday afternoon.
Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.
In addition to the listed facilities all the apartments have a kitchen area equipped with 4 hotplates and a microwave/oven. A television is available at an additional cost. All the apartments feature a balcony with garden furniture. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

• From Paris : A10 motorway to Bordeaux. In Bordeaux, take the ring road and exit at Junction 8 for Lacanau, then take the RN215 as far as Lacanau Océan.
• In Lacanau Océan, follow directions for the town centre / central beaches, then take the 5th road on the left (Rue de Verdun) and continue for 1 km until you reach the residence.
